Thanks for the reply. I just downloaded the the 7zip RyanVM. Im a noob at this, but just want to know: i integrated the RyanVM pack into the 'hotfixes & updates'then done everything else. after i skipped create an iso, i then went back to modify my last session. It doesnt display the RyanVM anymore in the hotfixes part, but since i integrated it before, does that mean i dont have to AGAIN add it just because it has disappeared on my existing session? Here you go. Just to briefly explain. After i successfully install CS2, when i ope the program, it has an ínitialize'error and cannot go further, And when you click ok the program exits.. But Adobe ImageReady still works..Never had this problem before...Im using nlite 1.01 Hope you guys can assist me. Thanks

Hey guys, I just recently downloaded the final version 1.0, and every one of my programs work after installation. Only problem is Photoshop which i purchased installs but doesnt seem to work when i try to open. I used to previously use nlite with the older versions before 1.0 and Adobe CS2 worked fine.. Is there some add-on or important feature which i SHOULDNT remove whilst creating my nlited XP? Cant post .ini file yet but i was wondering if some people had this same issue. Thanks

Im stuck! I recently purchased Stardock Central Object Desktop and installed Windowblinds and all the other programs.. My main concern is Windowblinds 5. for some reason when i open the program, it has a window box showing "New Data Source" bla ba bla, which in turn does not install any visual styles because of this, and as you dont probaby know, i nlited my xp and removed the MDAC & ODBC components. but i never had this problem with Windowblinds 4.6, as version 5 is a beta. Now i uninstalled Version 5 and put back 4.6, and shock & horror, that sh**ty ODBC crap is still annoying me.. Now any suggestions about how to solve without reinstalling windows and maybe even doing a new install??

hey dude, does your card work with HL2? dam i use to have that card and it could barely run CS: C zero..lol yeah its a common card (6600GT) but not many ppl have SLI setup, so i am currently testing the 77.77 and so far no problems...

Hey guys, just been reading some sources about the most appropriate (reliable) nvidia driver to use on an SLI setup with 6600GT's. I currently use 78.01 but apparently the 77.76 & 77.77 drivers perform better on that card setup. Would anyone have any trial/error experiences you would like to share? i have read plenty of info but noone refers/has my setup, so i guess hopefully anyone has some input on this.. 78.01 runs fine..But if a lot of people suggest the latter 2 mentioned... Opinions?

Hey guys, i just recently bought a second IDE hard drive (160GB) to allocate and store all my music files.. And currently use my main SATA drive for my operating system (XP) Now it sounds really stoopid, but do i need to setup the 2nd drive through BIOS to access the drive? xp added the hardware and detects it on Device Manager, but it doesnt show up on My Computer.. I am only new to the setup so i am really clueless on how to access this drive..lmao Any help please would be much appreciated!

For some reason firefox does not seem to autorun through my default browser (firefox) I have however disabled most services and scanned to check..Is there a specific service which depends on this? When i boot a cd/dvd, instead of the 'normal' web page going through FF, it goes to MS Word? WTF? Can someone please help me?

hehe.. good luck with it buddy. I think ill stick to my 150.08mb file, its stable enough for me and fast enough to notice a difference.. I dont want to get too greedy now!

sweet! thanks for that, il try after i finish work... i really havent noticed a big difference in startup times, but the browser speed (i use 1500/512KB/S) is a blink and i can get get a max speed of 1700kb/s! and before id hover around 1500kb/s But anyways thanks for the links..by the way, where do i find some info/posts about your 57mb install? ini. files?

hey gdogg, i installed and extracted the browser, and put the directory in my program files, now it seems the browser doesnt uninstall the original firefox 1.07 so i uninstalled it anyway, and YOUR version still runs, bu for some reason doesnt want to install macromedia flash plug-in Should i reinstall firefix 1.07? would that solve the problems?

My setup rig is on my signature, so it can basically tackle anything, sounds to me version 1.5 is a different version to mine.. You seem very negative about M$ A/S, so i guess i can just use Spybot S&D safely along with Trend Micro. I use nlite for all my OS installs and do find M$ install spyware..what the f**k is Alexa? LMAO

Hey guys, just thought i'd get your opinion. Before i start, i am in the process of trialling the antispyware microsoft offers, now i frequently backup and reinstall xp every 3 months to 'clean' the OS. Before i did, i downloaded A-S beta1 and see how it went and as i backed up all my files, i decided to install all the known common spyware and wage war on my system! To my surprise a few little goodies were detected like eg. Whenu, and so forth.. I also run Spybot ver. 4 and decided to run a scan there, and picked up 'hotbar' which A-S didnt detect. Im not expecting a miracle and stop all known software, but i am after a reliable, stable and resource friendly A-S that has a 'real time' scan feature. I have thought of some 'good' anti-spyware and thought you guys could share some unbiased opinions/experiences with them before i decide to purchase. 1. Microsoft Anti-spyware 2. Spyware Eliminator 3. Spy Sweeper 4. Counter Spy 5. Spyware Doctor Thanks

I say if anyone is complaining about prefetch and boot times taking ages..upgrade or buy yourself a new computer..hehe bring on Vista!
