  1. USB PCTV - No sound

    Hello, I am an absolute ignoramus re all things technological. Today I bought a Pinnacle PCTV 50e USB card/thing. I installed it and am now recieving pictures but no sound. OS is WinXP but I don't even know how to find out what the sound card is!!! I have no idea what to do to attempt to remedy this. I am in Sweden and am not able to consult my usual friendly supplier back home (UK). The laptop I'm using is called Toshiba Satellite SA50 105 but that's as much as I know. Please help me and good karma will surely follow!
