  1. what i do, to temporarily fix it, is to just go to Display Properties, then click in the menu another saved theme like Windows Classic, then click back on My Favorite Theme (which is almost the same thing as Windows Classic)..I don't use the theme manager service. The question is...why does it do this? If I knew then maybe I can stop it from changing the font size temporarily. What happens is, after I use the computer for awhile, *something* will happen, and the font size will turn smaller..Then as I use it more, it will gradually turn font sizes smaller one by one, until it's a super tiny font size.. Really awkward problem..Only affects the title bar though..not the font in the taskbar.. If anyone has any idea, it would help..
  2. i have this problem too, but it affects all windows programs..i don't even use IE..i use firefox, and i don't think it has anything to do with being online.. no idea why we have this problem though..if it helps..i am using the Windows Korean IME too.
  3. if you still need it: Minimal Power Management: Monitors: Turn off at 15min Hard disk: Never System standby: Never I hope this is what you were looking for.
  4. I'm amazed to see that no one cares. No one is even curious to know what this (however tiny) amount of RAM is used for? I want to know! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> well i'm curious why it would be less than the full 1024MB, because that is how much RAM i have now too. but then i have not installed SP1 on my Win2k3 machine yet, so i'll just have to see.
  5. http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp go there and Click "Graphics Driver", then choose "GeForce and TNT2" this driver works for all GeForces ^_^
  6. i got a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment on the 2nd floor (one more floor above us) and 1 computer running 24/7. There are 2 other computers that run about 12 hours a day and our bill is about $95 USD per month. Since it's getting cooler now, we are trying to save $ by turning the AC off and opening the windows.
