  1. I usually use Winiso to create and open any type of image file. You should give that a go
  2. How do you add in the new XP screen saver to install using the unatteneded method I added it in via the svcpack method but during unattended install around the T 13 mark it opened up a window asking for the screen saver to be installed. cheers Windows XP Screensaver

  4. Excellant, just going to try it out now. If I wanted to aprtition the drive in to 5 GIGs worth, in the [Disk1.config] part of the unattended do I put the size down as MB's (5000) or GIG's 5 Thanks again
  5. Does this mean that the unattended install will repartition and format the drive? without the needs of any other partition tool such as diskpart etc thanks
  6. I can get the script to work purely on its own by double clicking it, but wondering how to I get it to run from unattended - where do I put it? At pressent I have placed my cmdlines.txt, RunOnceEx.cmd and cleanup.cmd all within the $oem$ folder (is this right) ?? If not where do they go ??   8. thats exactly what i tried.. admin install gave invalid serial error <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Have just installed Paint Shop Pro X successfully unattended using the following Lines... "D:\Corel_Paint_Shop_Pro_X\pspx.msi" Serialnumber=XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXX /qn <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Cheers djsleepy, that method is far easier also works for corel photo album "H:\Corel_Photo_Album_6\CPA6.msi" Serialnumber=XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXX /qn <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Where about in the unatteneded.sif text file do you place the text? or do you place it in the svcpack.inf file Thanks

  12. Can I ask how you applied the "Royal" theme? I got the Royal theme and added it in to my unattened CD but it didn't work because my file extension isn't the same as the theme extension Royale.msstyles When windows is built I have to find the file above and double click it to apply theme. Would be great to find out how you done it. Thanks

I've recently just embarked upon making my own unattended CD, however I'm having teouble getting the install to set my hompage for me, no matter what I do it always puts it the default msn page in. Is there any of you out there that have managed to do this small thing when doing an unattended install. Thanks
