  2. I'm getting the following error on first logon... The procedure entry point MFUnlockPlatform could not be located in the dynamic link library MFPlat.DLL Has anyone seen this before, does anyone know how to resolve this?
  3. This seems to appear in the log after running HFSLIP but windows update is still asking for it. It was released on the 25th March. I know it's new. TY

  5. Thank you for your time tomcat76... It was the $OEM$ folder causing the problem. wonder if its causing the problems with Windows Media Player 11. Thanks again.
  6. Ok i've checked the HFSLIP folder during install using Shift-F10 The SSIP1.TXT file is not present in there. But other files are. Cheers EDIT: I think I may have figured out whats going on. The CD %SYSTEMROOT%\HFSLIP command isnt taking not because the folder is not there but because cmd is stuck on the $OEM$ folder of the disc. (That was provided by DELL) I've removed this folder now... and testing, have a feeling this may cure it.
  7. the latest version and the last beta. It used to work fine, same goes for the windows media player 11 problem i'm having. Can i download older versions anywhere?
  8. @ECHO OFF CD %SYSTEMROOT%\HFSLIP SET SSIP=Y %SYSTEMROOT%\REGEDIT /S/E SSIP1.TXT "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup" TYPE SSIP1.TXT>SSIP2.TXT FOR /F %%I IN ('FINDSTR/IR "SystemSetupInProgress.=dword:00000000" SSIP2.TXT') DO SET SSIP=N IF "%SSIP%"=="Y" ( rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %SYSTEMROOT%\HFSLIP\HFSLPGUI.INF,HFSLIPGUI_Run EXIT ) IF EXIST %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\dllcache\plugin.ocx DEL/Q/F %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\dllcache\plugin.ocx rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %WINDIR%\HFSLIP\HFSLPGUI.INF,HFSLIPGUI_Rem EXIT
  9. It's just a typo. What do I do now The old HFSLIPS used to work.
  10. The XPize source is the complete source of XPize. XIS is the basic source. It doesn't contain any extras, or any changed bitmaps/icons.
  11. regedit.exe is present in the windows folder after install. However, i'm sure its normally all caps? I've attached a copy of my hfslip.cmd as a zip file. HFSLIP.zip
  12. Ok, I've removed that line from the file. Created a new iso and tried again. The error is still coming up at the T-13 stage.
  13. I'm getting this error when installing... Cannot Export SSIP1.TXT: Error Opening File. Any ideas? I've attached my log. HFSLIP.TXT
  14. ok, i've tested slipstreaming windows media player 11 completely on its own and the Error: could not locate INF file 'C:\WINDOWS\HFSLIP\IHFSLP151.INF' occurs. What has been changed in the slipstreaming process that will be causing this?
  15. Tom, The problem is caused when slipstreaming windows media player 11. Is there anything I should look out for? Any updates that conflict with it?
  16. It seems to happen on any computer I run HFSLIP on. It's not just at T13 that it happens, its upon first login as well.
  17. Run the XPize Reloader before uninstalling. This will backup the newer copies of any files that have been patched.
