-lol, was it maybe your screen?
    They both look good  :)

ThA_FiLeR, what are you using Win Commander 32 for? I am just curious.

I don't know of any other tool that can explore all my hd's real easy, unpack easily, acces lan and copy files real easy from one another.. If you know of a similar tool, let me know...

(love this tool, have it on 90% my comp is in use/on..)

  2. Yeah, same here, 7 fans altogether in my system  :)

Got a very beefy CPU fan (Coolermaster) which you can change the speeds at, i rev it up too

My CPU temp is around 34oC and thats with the lowest speed of my CPU fan.

wow, 34C, my temps are now always above 52C though im OC' it @ 2.11GHZ but I also have the XP2400 and love it, so i definatly need new cooling...

  3. well i still don't trust water cooling...it's must the fact that having water near all those electronics doesn't exactly give me an easy feeling.

That's what I though for bout 2years now.. lol, but I've been active in some forums that discuss watercooling allot, have only seen very very few cases of having things go wrong..as long as you have quallity fittings and tubes, what could go wrong, in case of a pump failur you let your comp shut down when it reacher certain temperature.. and if you place you resevoir in the bottom below hd's that cant do any hardm when it would leak, so only place where the most possibility of a leak would be at ur cpu fittings on the water block, add some adjustable clamps, quality fittings, quality tube and it could only go wrong if you improperly connected it...

  4. Still have my Dragon Orb 3, since its still one of the top performers, but very loud and performing bit less (hotter) since I went from a oc' T-Bird 1.33ghz to a XP2400.. I'd also like to know how the water cooling goes since I've barely seen any people with leaks or pump failures...

Also, ordering a Low-Profile CoolerMast heatsink for my Radeon 9500(soft) for more OC' :)

  5. lol, have the best released quality sittin on my hd sometime now.. (2weeks or so) and haven't watched it, spose I'll watch it sometime tommorow, about 2Fast2Furious, I think they exagerated on that movie big time, I'm sure gonna see if, but 3ft flames from the exhaust?!! I think they are trying to make it look like the NOS they use is soo much that it comes out of the exhaust.. yeah right, if it would be running on that much, don't expect the car to run for long..

  6. Good thing it did not damage the data and hardware.  Strange thing is that I've yet to see the power go out where I live in the last 9 years.

lucky, each time theres storms and lightning (happens allot during hot summers) there's always atleast one power reset where it goes of and back on, I really need to get a power backup thing, each time it happens its long enough to shut off my comp :)

btw, thanks for deleting my earlier post...NOT...

  7. lol, I have all the fans my case can hold, 2 in front blowing in and 2 blowing out at the cpu, theres even another one in my psu above my cpu that sucks hot air out through my psu then out of my case.. And don't think it's possible to have a big fan blowing in extra (check my case by clicking sig), I don't get why people don't like this mod..It's very easy to drill 2 holes through then using the 2 that are already on the card to put 2 screws with a washer and nut on each end...

Watercooling, no, don't trust it though there are many nice kits out there, maybe in about a year or so.. I'm still satisfied anough with my air cooling..

  8. yes i agree you can post issues but just watch what your posting.. in my case i was disgusted at those photos.. keep your views to urself please :)

Glad i aint see it.. lol

  9. I've had a similar problem with one of my drives thats formatted in one piece, my 40gig Maxtor did it allot, it would dissapear leaving the drive letters of the other hd's the same and once in a while when it came up it wouldn't allow me to acces it or defrag it, to fix this I would re-format the whole hard drive (full format not quick) then re-install windows and start filling up, see if it happens again, I've had this about 4times now and did the same thing each time but now I haven't had it for about 3-4 months.. Also, tell us if you see it listed when you boot up..

    Hope this helps any..

  10. I'm drilling holes in the heatsink dude, not the card, cant do any damage.. here's a pic of a 9500 with the same solution I have...

Look closely and you can see what im talking about, theres already 2 holes on the card that im going to be using, just gotta bend 2 fins for each hole, then drill and add screws, I've looked into the ones you reccomended, both the Zalman and the ThermalTake, I don't really like the heatsink all around it, especially b/c it doesn't cool the memory, I've looked closely, the heatpipe thing is a lil pipe (or more) that run from the gpu side to the other side which supposedly gets the hot air from one side to another, these do not touch the ram, and I'm buying ramsinks for my ram since there's none on it at all and I can't really oc' the ram allot...

  11. The stock cooling is no good for my overclocking needs, so I looked into the lil chipset fans (orb series) and allot of people said they are not allot (if any) better then stock cooling, the best solution is a low profile fan on it, and drill 2 holes through it to make it fit, here's a picture of the model im trying to find,

    1765.jpg

I would have no probs bending some fins and then drilling the holes, and I really like that one and it seems tested the best on their web site.. Thing is, I've looked through PriceWatch many times now and can't find the store that sells these, if anyone knows where I can get it please let me know...

    Specifications: Thermaltake A1765

    Thanks for any help/comments :)
