Have some quikies Running 7lite x64. The bug when trying to alt+tab or using mouse to find rt7lite in the back with maximize and minimizing in rt7lite still appears in 1.0.6, it just says ding and the rt7lite window wont appear. Another thing. Can u make the selection windows more advanced as im trying to metion in this picture for everything in rt7lite?.. I hate the file selection thing on the right side. It totally sucks because you cant write the path, you always have to navigate the the place, its much easyr and faster just to write it in text. Also the temporary patch selction could be nice if you could make it remember the paths like when selection the .iso or windows source folder, in the topp of your tool . Hello ben thanks for the new version. Works like a charm! ... Is there by any chance when selecting multipl drivers that you could select them all in once instead of mouse tabbing each of the drivers. Im talking about the trick holding down shift button on the key and select from top to bottom and it marks them all.

I think you extracted the exe and located the inf file right? Download the driver from driver packs and check it. Setup will look for related sys and dll files... Thanks for the quick answer, but what if i want some newer drivers that arent in drivers pack?. Fx some preview ones that works really great on my system. edit I can see that its only for vista?. I can safely use those drivers for win7 64?.

Okay i just did a new test.. with integration of my ati drivers. I got a ATI Sapphire 5850 TOXIC edition. And from a fresh install, windows 7 does not have any drivers for me. So im running in a resolution of 800x600 with 16bit.. I decided to integrate my ati drivers, and reformatted my system. It was like the driver newer was integrated. Still showed up in 800x600 with 16 bit, and i had to find my driver in my downloaded drivers map.. How come ben?. I selected multiply drivers so i was sure that i took the correct drivers. I could choose between 10 drivers or something, i took them all.. Note Im running 64bit and the ati file only contain 64 bit drivers.

Hallo ben, i have another huge request. Would it be possbile for you to hardcore the old quick launch menu like in xp or vista?. Its where you add a new folder to taskbar and point it to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch, and wupti you got the old good classic quick launch menu again.

Theres a bug that has been there in previous version aswell. When your starting whatever your going todo with RT7LITE. Theres problems for me. tabbing back to the program.. Been there seince v2. Another thing. When your starting rt7lite and its working. Then if start another rt7lite program (not on purpose), and trying to close the new program. It will try to clear files and get the other rt7lite to crash/come with errors... What im saying is that you should add a protection so its not allowed to start the program up twice on the same OS your logged into..

BenSam56. I just tryed a untouched version again and removed some components. I removed windows firewall.. And tryed it in virtualbox.. Windows installation needs firewallapi.dll before it can continue.. Add it to the protection list aswell

I can confirm that the install.wim now is getting reduced. I just tryed for fun to remove some drivers. I removed about 400megabytes on a x64 ultimate. 2680mb untouched winsize to 2234 on install.wim after using rt7lite . Thats a bright thing now .. But things i think needs improvement are the loading while adding the files. I takes like 3-4 minutes before you can work with r7lite. And the processing after you have started, takes like 1 hour before its done. There's a no room for making mistakes or forgetting something. Unless you have all the time in the world.

Its released beta 3 but it says reqs. some files to start the application. I have a unmodified win7 64bit. Any other by me having problems?.

but he hasn't done that yet, Nlite and also Vlite done the removing first and then later the other stuff.They are waiting on you not a guide to your program which does nothing which several others also do. Prove it blue4603 or do the right thing. Change your post title cause you are not a Replacement for Vlite yet. Tell them you can't do the removes. I know it's a nightmare cause I been experimentimg also. why are you on hes neck everytime you post in hes thread?. Last time you complaint about hes config storing in the appdata.. Why not give him a break. Maybe he has something under the hood, you will never know. I know one thing for sure, he said that he would do it opensource when the app was done. It does not help us when you wreck hes neck everytime you write here, atleast not for us, but mayb your tool will get more downloads because of the flames?

I really miss the classic version there was in xp and vista, ill bet theres more out there that needs it aswell . Yet again you have done a great job. Hi there again, i saw some of you guys had problems when applying stuff to the image file and the your computer had crashed or whatever happend, and your image file was locked, you can simply use this command in cmd. dism /Cleanup-WIM it unlocks everything that you were working with. I suggest that blue implent a button or something into hes tool, that does the above. That would be awesome, or what if it started the command at the same time as 7cust. Merry christmas guys.

If you got a windows version that has more that just one edition in it fx (starter,ultimate,business) can u make a selection for what version you have under unattended ? so it does not pop up under windows install that you still have to select your version before it continues. another unattended, the homegroup/workgroup. Is it still possible to change the homegroup/workgroup name in the unattended selection, if so would you be kind to add that aswell to unattended selection
