  1. Yes, as far as i know, the uninstaller removes all ati software including MMC and Remote Wonder as well as the Control Panel/Control Centre/Drivers
  2. Well the entries in winnt.sif didnt seem to work for the nvidia ethernet - must be something to do with the point at which the drivers are installed for it. i think.... so i read about netsh (suggested by soulin) herehttp://www.petri.co.il/configure_tcp_ip_from_cmd.htm using the export/import file method during the WPI stage of installation and im testing now. fingers crossed...
  3. I'm having the same problem as described above - doing unattended setup xp home edition with sp2 slipstreamed and all goes fine until... Computer reboots and goes to log in for the first time and comes up with the same error. My product key is in winnt.sif and I have even tried taking it out of winnt.sif and putting it in manually during install to see if that made a difference. Any suggestions?
  4. Ok, i used the creation utility and made a new winnt.sif file which i shall test. Thanks for all suggestions - i hope it works...
  5. Doing my first unattended CD and I'm starting to test things out...so.... Is it possible to set an auto configuration of the IP address, default gateway, subnet mask and DNS servers via a reg key or some other method? I tried searching but couldn't find anything. thanks in advance
