    TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper might be what you saw. Im pretty certain you have never seen NetBIOS over TCP/IP in the services console.

    a couple weeks ago....surprisingly i had that system up since november....still worked fine. nothing was broken and performance hadn't degraded much, i was just really bored and had nothing better to do.
