Everybody likes Internet Explorer???? I don't believe!!!

Hi, I think many people are totally removing Internet Explorer for many good reasons, but as everybody can see there are many programs that require some IE files like: Mshtml.dll Shdocvw.dll MSXML and others. There are some programs i think are great like: Babylon 5 www.babylon.com and EssentialPIM 1.5 www.essentialpim.com Babylon: As i think you know since 5.0 version Babylon require Internet Explorer installed "Msxml Mshtml.dll Shdocvw.dll" EssentialPIM 1.5: Require Internet Explorer to show today page and for print commands. I'm writing to people that don't like and don't have Internet Explorer to pressure the programmers to a non IE programs. Send emails to Babylon, EssentialPIM and others. If many people send the suggestion, they can think about it. SEND EMAILS!!!! THANKS

Hi, Recently i downloaded a program called DirMonitor: http://www.esat.kuleuven.ac.be/~eschoofs/ (DirMonitor will enable you to automatically monitor files, folders, registry keys, services and processes.) Anyone knows a program like Dirmonitor? with the same functions.

I don't know if anyone remember a program from Downloads.com called CatchUp, that showed all programs versions installed in the OS, and then the updated version. Someone could make a program like that. "Not with programs" "With Windows files, 98SEME, 98 SE SP 2.0.1 updates and Revolutions Pack"

I was thinking that will be a good idea make a program that update files of Windows 98 Dll Vxd sys... For example. When you run the program, all Windows files are listed, showing 98SE2ME, 98 SE SP 2.0.1, Revolutions Pack updates and the option to download. What do you think?

Classes.dat, used only on Windows ME, contains the CLSID Key previously stored on the earlier versions of Windows in the System.dat file. This new file was added in order to allow the Registry to be greater than 11 megs. In Windows 98, Windows may report the inability to load a Registry that is greater than 11 megs, in Windows 95 the limit is 8 megs. ???????

Hello Tihiy!!! I would like to know more about Kernlxp project. I have installed in my pc Windows 98 SE without Internet Explorer. I don´t use any program that use Internet Explorer engine (shdocvw.dll shdoclc.dll mshtml.dll and many others). I love to do modifications and use alternative programs to enhance the performance of Windows 98SE. Recently i removed windows 95 explorer.exe and put a shell replacement program called Aston 1.9.1 and a file management called Xplorer 2. Please never stop to work for Win98SE. Don't Let it Die.
