Try using this instead:

RMDIR /S /Q "%systemdrive%\Program Files\Netmeeting"

RMDIR /S /Q "%systemdrive%\Program Files\Movie Maker"

I wouldn't be so sure how WFP is going to react to those deletions though...

AaronXP sayed to delete the root folder of windows movie maker and netmeeting when i had windows ME i did this becuase there was no any to remove them and it was f*** after that.

Tools>Folder Options>View>Check the "Show Control Panel in My Computer" option...

Something must not be configured properly on your computer, because the Control Panel shows up all the time for me in "My Computer"...
