Let me clarify what I'm really looking for I have a nt migration plan from microsoft and I know how to do the upgrade, but what I'm looking for is a project plan from someone else to check to see if I left anything out of mine. I have read the documentation but just double checking.

I know this might be a weird question at this time being that microsoft does not support NT any more, but does anyone have or have seen a project plan from microsoft on the correct way to upgrade your domain from nt4 to w2k3?

I have search google but this is my problem. The mac address that I have is on a different subnet than I'm currently on. I ran netmon on my exchange box and this particular mac address is banging my box. I have noticed also that I have a lot of spamming going on on this box. So if I can get a IP address from mac address then I can go find the bad computer.

Is it possible to find the IP address of a computer on your lan network by mac address?

thanks That fixed my problem on on computer. The problem that I was having with the other post you posted was that I just copied the register stuff and not the windows register ... stuff. Now I have to do this too all my computer. I think it time for sms to do its job.. thanks for all the help

I have a .chm file that I'm trying to view. It keep telling me that Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable. Has anyone else seen this error and have a fix for it?

Is it possible to map a network drive to a server that require a username and password everytime you logon to that server? If so can it be put in a simple batch file that will use net use commands.?

Well it did not work the first time I dont it but now it worked. Thanks for the very simple fix. what would make it not install it right the first time. The reason for the question is becuase I rebuilt my laptop and it installed the correc the first time.
