I know this might be a weird question at this time being that microsoft does not support NT any more, but does anyone have or have seen a project plan from microsoft on the correct way to upgrade your domain from nt4 to w2k3?

I have been and looked at a plan but I did not find a project plan that stepped it out

Ok basically it boils down to this.

Shutdown current PDC.

Promote a BDC to PDC.

Ensure replication.

Upgrade OS to Windows Server 2003.

Ensure functionality.

Upgrade the rest of the BDC's to Windows 2003 DC's

Sell Old PDC on Ebay.

Let me clarify what I'm really looking for

I have a nt migration plan from microsoft and I know how to do the upgrade, but what I'm looking for is a project plan from someone else to check to see if I left anything out of mine. I have read the documentation but just double checking.
