I'm trying to create a bootable DVD over 7GB of source file including winxp, bartpe ,knoppix.,additional folder with extra software (drivers, programs, codecs....) and

i used cdshell.

I want burn my projet into a single DVD (8.5GB). I have a DVD dual-layer recorder.

I create the Iso with cdimage.exe and tested it with VMware. I get same error "Setupdd.sys could not be loaded. Error code 4" on launching Bart's and Erd Commander.

Anyone had the same problem?

Do you have winbom.ini in the root of the disk? & also Barts "Program" or "programs" folder need also to be in the root?

try putting all files in uppercase
