Start Menu pops up in wrong spot with enhanced classic menu disabled

I have a similar issue. I used the enhanced taskbar but not the enhanced classic start menu. The start menu opens fine initially but if I select a folder or the shutdown menu, the whole start menu jumps off screen. Windows 11 23H2, 22631.4890
