  1. @Tihiy I'm experiencing an odd issue with StartIsBack v2.9.20 after reinstalling Windows 10 x64 22H2 (19045.4170). I'm not sure if the issue is with StartIsBack or Firefox, hence me posting here to ask. After being forced to reinstall Windows 10 and start clean, I installed StartIsBack and Firefox, amongst many other programs I use in general - but not for the customisation of Windows 10, in case it is asked this is asked. Ever since then, the jump list for Firefox on the taskbar and Start menu doesn't appear. If I right click Firefox on the taskbar, three options are given to me - Firefox, Pin to taskbar and Close window. If I use Firefox in Private Browsing, I can right click the private Firefox task (indicated with a purple icon) in the taskbar and six options are given to me - Open new tab, Open new window, New private Window, Firefox Private Browsing, Pin to taskbar and Close window. The Start menu has Firefox listed in the top 10 most frequently used programs, but there isn't an > arrow to the right hand side giving options such as private browsing, etc. These were present before reinstalling, I have tried overwriting the existing Firefox installation without uninstalling anything, but this hasn't changed anything. I will try uninstalling Firefox with Revo Uninstaller when I have more time, before restoring my profile. In the meantime, I'd welcome any advice, fixes or pointers from anybody.
  2. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Is there anything I could try before reinstalling?
  3. Thank you for the update. I have a issue that is caused when I uninstall StartIsBack++. After uninstalling SIB++, the default Windows 10 (22H2) Start menu does not work - when I click it with my mouse or use my keyboard to open it, the Start menu will not appear, even after rebooting. Reinstalling SIB++ gives me a working Start menu again, but I cannot make the default W10 Start menu work again, even after using Revo Uninstaller to help uninstall. Is there a thorough way I can ensure SIB++ is completely uninstalled? Which registry settings and which files and/or folders should I scan for to delete to return to the default W10 Start menu? Would it be easier to reinstall Windows 10? This would take me some time due to the software I have to reinstall.
