    Is it a bug that the second level menu border changes color with the start menu? Because it looks strange.

    I'm not sure if this is a bug? I get "Hold Escape key to prevent StartlsBack from loading" when running the configuration. Although the configuration can operate normally, the pop-up speed of the window is slow, especially in the virtual machine. I'm pretty sure 2.9.17 doesn't have this problem.
