I live in Hawaii. A widower. 3 children, 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Navy veteran of Korean war. Retired at age 58 from position of Federal *analyst* <kurai hana  >then became Hi School teacher of business math, bible, ukulele, & Forth & then (after 3 years) retired from that, also.

My mom was English & Irish. My dad was Spanish & Italian. Thus (in Hawaii) I am "chop suey haole"  .

I made hi-school & college "walking around" money playing trumpet & 12-string guitar. Eventually had to give up trumpet when my wife accidentally (really!) knocked out a front tooth (don't ask). Even more eventually, I switched from guitar to ukulele when  my osteoarthritis couldn't handle 12 strings any longer.

I tried Win10 & Win11 but I didn't enjoy them nearly as much as I enjoy Win7. So I stayed with Win7 -- despite the FUD.  However (as a "just in case") I am getting fairly proficient with Linux.
