If your computer boots from CD using a bootable Win98 CD, you get a menu to boot from CD or HDD. Maybe you could extract the boot image from the CD and write it to a floppy? then you would get that menu, but i cant be sure that it would work. Also, bootscriptor on a floppy, with a menu (like a lot of boot cds use) could point to the Hex address of the CD or whatever (HDD0= x80 i think). so that would be fast and easy, but again i'm not sure whether it would work.
