Is this a browser issue or an XPx64 issue? Obviously, I can't fill out this survey, as I can't decode the symbols into English. I do not have International font support enabled. Do I need to do that? I have seen this occur from time to time in other places.

I already had Windows Installer 4.5. Windows Update Agent 7.6 with the /wuforce switch restored Microsoft Update on my English XP SP4 POS 2009 installation. Much to my surprise, there were over 80 updates.

According to my installation log, wic_x64_enu.exe must be installed prior to .NET Framework 4.0. I keep installation logs of my operating systems so that when I erase a hard drive and reinstall, I can get it back the way I want it. I have logs for Windows XP SP3 and Windows XP x64, none yet for Windows 7 x64 as that is relatively new.
