Hi !! Could someone help me do something like this ? I'd like to have a BIG LOGO... My idea is that the original image with windows logo is being replaced, but how ? Thank you for your help.

This switch ONLY works for K-Lite MEGA Codec Pack (I mean with Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative included).

2 differences with the old /saveinf (but the end file is the same): - You don't have to install the codec pack to get the inf. - You don't have to edit the inf file to delete categories (video, audio, real, quicktime...)

The last version of K-Lite Mega Codec Pack enables you to build an unattended install much easier than the previous ones. Download here : K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.31 Just type: klmcodec131.exe -MakeUnattended and you'll get the Unattended Install Maker. Have fun.

No, you don't need to put "; Comments" at the beginning. I tested under VMware, under my existing version of Windows and on a new install, but I had no reboot at all. So, it's really strange you need to reboot. Are you sure this is caused by KAV ? Maybe it's another application, isn't it ?

I think there is no reboot with KAV 5.0, only with KAV 4. You can try (not tested) this switch in the SFX comments: setup.exe /s /v"/qn REBOOT=Suppress"

Hi beppemito! I don't know if this will help you but I had a problem with .Net Framework too. Windows Update was showing me an update I couldn't install. That was because I had a registry tweak which disabled rollback. Search in your reg tweaks file ; if you have something like DisableRollback=dword:0000001, put it to 00000000. I can't remember where the key is actually located. Hope this will help.

Be careful, you want to correct some error, but you made one yourself. "Assistant" with a "T"!

Don't forget to register the dll with regsvr32 after copying it to the Vizualisation directory.

My installation method for KAV Personal Pro 5.0.20: Extract files from the installer in a temp folder (use WinRAR) Add your key file to this folder SFX with this comments: ;Comments Setup=setup.exe /S /v/qn TempMode Silent=1 Overwrite=1 Silent install works perfectly !! And installer is smaller than the original one. I tried to make an administrative install point, but it doesn't work.
