Thanks a lot for your help and quick reply -X-. But your saying that MSRT will continue to have updates for WinXp? I thought that it would also end after April the 8th, Microsoft made such a big fuss about ending the support, I'm not even going to install MSE anymore, cause from what I red in articles, they will still update it for about another year or so, but i can't handle those annoying red pop-ups anymore. P.S.: Another weird thing i came across was that Windows Update considers the November 2013 update for Root Certificates more up to date than the March 2014 one. I even tried to install the March 2014 after, but when i refreshed Windows Update, the November one appeared again. did this also happened to you?
Hi there, Some of the information in this topic were very useful but still two .net framkework related updates still appeared: .High Priority: Update for Windows XP (KB961118) .Software, Optional: Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0 for Windows XP and Windows Embedded (KB968930) easy to fix... but besides the Windows Malicious Software Tool - April 2004, which from what i understand, it's not possible to add to the Windows CD, for some reason i can't also add the Cumulative Support Update For Internet Explorer 8 for Windows XP (KB2936068). Has this happened to anyone else? I've already checked on the site and I download the right one ( http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=42436 ), and if i install the file and refresh windows update site, it works, so i don't know why it isn't added by nLite. I would appreciate if any of you guys can help me out here. Thanks in advance, Mike
