    Can anyone help me get rid of WindowsAd? Spybot says it's destroyed it but it's still there. Ad-aware freezes when I try to use that. Using Add/Remove Programs function also freezes computer.

    Interesting to see this one is going around again - it was a big prob about five or six years ago and is supposed to have been closed down. It is the classic con in that it relies on the victim's greed to work. PS I also got the Citibank one attached to a virus.
