could I do this with k-lite codec pack 247f over command promt I try to do it but nothing happened the file klmcp.ini didn't created

hey, when I install my windows files that are in this directory: \$OEM$\$1\install\applications are being copied from cd to my hdd. I know how can I delete them when the programs are being installed, but I wonder could it be possible that those files wouldn't be copied to my hdd, the program would be installed directly from cd
