Hi, I have just switched to Vista OS for one day. I am not sure to improve the pack by adding some new features. I will just perform some minor ajsutments and release the sources so thta someone can integrate the new wishes (sidebar, Vista drive icons, etc.). I will let you know as soon as I can. See U

@ Zedox: I use the same mean as XPero to patch the bootscreen so I do not understand why it does not work fpr you !!! Feel free to send me à PM to explain me how you proceed. I plan to release a new beta by the end of the week. So please send me as soon as possible your feedback to improve this second beta. See U

Helle XPize fans I try to patch some resources without any success. See the resources seeked on the picture below. Any idea is welcome. See U

I have detected bugs linked this file (user32.dll), that's why I have disabled it in the install. It has solved my issues but I do not understand yours. Sorry no answer from my side. I will investigate and try to fix it.

The project seems to be on a good way to release a beta version (perhaps by the end of the week). The name of the pack will be : Aurora Pack It integrates the following features: - Visual Style (Aero Basic) - Something like 200 files patched to get a Vista touch - Logon screen - Screensaver - Vista animation (avi) - Cursors - Sounds - Some Vista Wallpapers - Text remover for startpanel (logoff and shutdown buttons) I will try to also add a bootscreen. The patching system is inspirated from the first release of XIS. I have not planned to rework on it to add the new features of the one that XPero has recently released. The patching system was also a little bit improved to detect all the updates performed by the Windows Update service (XPero, do not hesitate to contact me to know more about my improvement on that topic). Hello, Happy new year !!! I hope that this new year will bring to you what you expect. Concerning my pack : 1. The bitmaps are finished 2. The logonui is already done (I will post a screenshot as soon as I can but my pc is out of order => no access to my data for the pack !!!) 3. Logoff boxes also finished The pack will also contains: 1. Aero curosors 2. Some cool Vista Wallpapers I can not promise anyhting for the release date due to the main issues I have to solve: - XPize sources - PC out of order (fortunately I have a professional laptop). I have alraedy order a new one, everyhting depends on Dell now ! I am also thinking about inlcuding icons in my pack ... But it will take some much time to cover all the icons used by XP that I will need help. If people accept to give me a hand why not launching a Vistaize project !!!! Good night

Integrating icons ! I will take too much time and I lake time right now. Furthermore, I still have some issues to solde for the bitmaps, I am not sure that I will finish this mod. Everything depends on XPero as usual I will let evryone knows as soon as I can.

XPero, OK thanks for your feedback. I am still trying to finish the bitmaps for my mod. It is very hard to deisgn something matching the XPize spirit. I still need some pictures. I guess that you made your mods by using previous bitmaps. I am also pretty sure that you used layers (ina soft like Photoshop for instance). It could very helpful for me to finish my mod. Could you please give me hand? Send me a PM if you accept to share your work. Let me know please. Congratulations again

Does it mean that you will correct it to fit the others icons ?

XPero, One more thing strange to me. The shadow in your new logon screen looks weird (see screenshot) below. A black one would be better according to me, wouldnt' it ? Please share your feedback on this new issue.

Hello, XPero, firstly congratulations for your amazing work ! Neverthless, I have found something strnage on the share folder icon 48x48, the borders are too thick according too me, see attached screenshot. Perhaps could you correct it before releasing XPize 4.6 ? Thanks in advance.
