humm double post

Man untill i get this os working like the rest of ya im sticking with my trusty win2k lol

but thats what i did i did a clean install with win2k3.

hmm i think youre right ill scandisk and defrag and then ill prob format it and try again.

well my computer is really old so here it goes: intell pentium 2 nvidia geforce 4 mx 420 about 300,000 of ram and 3 ram memory cards maxtor 20gig need to know more info?....

After i finish installing win2k3 on a new hd. when ever i turn the com on it boots up normally but after i enter in my admin password it just stays at the opening screen (blue wallpaper) for ten miniutes before it startsup that is my problem can i config it to make it start up in less than 10 mins??? {in other words it takes 10+ minutes before i can see my taskbar and recyling bin icon Oo}
