  1. Freezing up

    I can't get past booting up and my computer freezes up. I moved my computer and have re-plugged in my mouse which it recognized upon the first boot but after that it did not and then moved onto a continual freeze up upon every reboot. Any idea as to how to get past the freeze up problem? Then I can go onto the mouse issue.

    Has anyone ever had this problem? I'm unable to delete any of my incoming email in my inbox. I keep getting more mail but can't remove it by either dragging it into the trash or by of deleting any selected messages. Is this a virus? I've research this but have found nothing in Norton's virus Dawn Leiske
