Freezing up

I can't get past booting up and my computer freezes up.

I moved my computer and have re-plugged in my mouse which it recognized upon the first boot but after that it did not and then moved onto a continual freeze up upon every reboot. Any idea as to how to get past the freeze up problem? Then I can go onto the mouse issue.

What OS?

Hardware?

Any software or hardware chages made directly b4 this issue?

Change settings directly b4 issue?

Could be a hardware issue - Overheating dmaged disk or ram.

Or software. Currupted OS.
