I added the option like this [Options] RemoveObsoleteDosDevices=1 # Disables Windows 8+ FastBoot NoHiberBoot=0 I also tried loading WinNTSetup.ini by using CTRL+L shortcut. Unfortunately Z: disk still doesn't get removed automatically by closing WinNTSetup v425. Also is there any option to remove these automatically by closing WinNTSetup?

Not sure if it's a bug or configuration. But "System Reserved (Z:)" drive doesn't disappear when WinNTSetup v423, v424, v425 is closed. Opening and closing WinNTSetup v421 removes "System Reserved (Z:)" from the Explorer. OS: Windows 7 X64 SP1

I agree , Its easy to simply change the link via fcwin2k.exe. But that won't work in my case as i have other programs that simply can't be modified, if modified then won't run. Let's wait BlackWingCat 's answer

Just found that KDW doesn't add ntdll.dll in ExcludeFromKnownDlls after using EZ Mode and various other options. So i added it manually and restarted the computer. But target still keep saying "RtlGetLastWin32Error" not found in ntdll.dll . I renamed 2kdll.dll to ntdll.dll in program directory. Looks like Win2000 don't even care if ntdll.dll is placed in ExcludeFromKnownDlls entry .

Unfortunately single byte of modification will corrupt the application as its protected by CRC check. I am looking for a solution without modifying the target or its system files of Win2000.

Hi blackwingcat Thanks for the nice tool. Could you please teach me how to make "EZ Mode" work for application that requires few missing (RtlGetLastWin32Error etc) functions in ntdll ? I tried many times with the instructions from first pages and also tried every combination except "Full Mode". But its still not works. The procedure entry point RtlGetLastWin32Error could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll Please help me. Best Regards FWA
