This is per pc go to My Network Places icon in your desktop ,right click ------>Properties-------> local area connection------>properties------->at the general tap there is a configuer tap ,press it --------->Advanced tap ,in this dialog look to property &try to find Link Speed &Duplex choose it &at the right panel adjust the desired value (i.e 10Mbps) But if you want for the whole LAN ,it should be a control switch for the B.W behind your LAN switch . Hi Dear, I think its not easy to build that through a Third Parety Programs !! so ,one easy way to do that through installing a domains in your LAN &join all your user in that domain. if you want more details in how to install &prepare your users for that feel free to ask !

Look my dear, it seems your printer dose not contain display panel (unlike hp laserjet4000 series )so, you have two solution to reprogram the NIC ip address setting , :pull out your NIC from the printer &try to find any HP laserjet 4000 serise if you've got 4000 series please tell me next mail to show you how to do that in details otherwise may we will go through long solution . I prefere to get hp laserjet4000 series !

Do you have any Jetdirect NIC card attached to the printer ?
