Hi, Chris... I also didn't like Nero before, until I couldn't use Easy CD creator 5.0 on WinXP, I mean in the beginning. And now I didn't even install Easy CD creator, because Nero is more comfortable and easier. I like it, I think everyone have to try everything(almost), to know that there are better things. May be you have better app then Nero I don't know. Regards

It's normal PS/2 keyboard...also I wrote before that it works in IRC, I found out why it works there, because you don't need to press Ctrl+C to copy in IRC just select the text and it will copy automaticly. Also in the biggining haveing this problem, I couldn't undo sometimes in Photoshop, so I think it's the KeYBoard problem... I don't have other keyboard with me, but I'm going to Gym now and on the way back will pick up other PS/2 KeyBoard... I'll tell you then...

I'm actually very happy that, these drivers fixed the lock ups. So I just want to help everyone who has the same problem...

You all guys right, it's the IP from where you download. You can't download more then two files at the same time from the same IP.

This is silly question, why I'm asking is because keyboard isn't old. the Ctrl+C doesn't work sometimes. It's actually works sometimes... it always works in IRC channels, I don't know why there. But if I want to copy & paste text from webpage it doesn't copy it, again not always, for example now I tried to copy text, it did work. May be someone's had the same problem, it just so uncomfortable "the main shortcut doesn't work... any ideas? Thanks...

[b:c9df477195]nateboi[/b:c9df477195] I had the same problem, and I solved it a weak ago. The problems is drivers. But when I got beta drivers "Detonator XP 22.50" the lock ups are gone forever. I don't remember the link for it, cause there are not on nVidia website, try to search... it really solves the problem. If you don't find it send me email with your email, I'll send you drivers. Yes... you right... but I think if you tweak IE you will be able to d/l more then 2 files from the same site...

Thanks AaronXP, When I got there the number 192.168.0.1 was already there. I'll put the second IP if it's not there in my laptop later... By the way that BootView make the booting almost twice quicker, thanks man... The only problem is when I switch off Welcome screen, every time XP starts up, it asks password, I don't have any password for Account with Addmin privileges... so I just hit ENTER... do you know may be I missed something, because usually it skips the password thing for that Account...? Thanks...

There shouldn't be any problem with drivers. I used 1.3.4 for a while on XP and now updated it ot 1.4. As Alcatel says this update includes support for XP (AlcatelUSB SpeedTouch modem), but I didn't have any problems with previous drivers anyway. So may be it's your HUB, I once had a HUB which didn't want to work at all...not on XP but anyways... I don't use a lot of USB devices, I think the PC doesn't like a lot of it, so I always try to get PCI... If you have spare chash just get PCI ADSL modem... I supose you can't contact you ADSL provider, because they say that they don't support XP yet...(BTopenworld)

Chris Hi... I was using Classic UI. But now changed to XP Silver, I don't know if anyone likes the Blue Theme... and also don't you think, that even Silver theme is to Bright for the eyes? Of course people have different tastes, but Blue is ridicules... What I'd like is something similar to Silver theme but a little Darker, so the eyes will not get tired. Also I like MAC UI, it's not so CARTOON as XP, but I don't use MAC at all I love PC, and I don't think Microsoft is able to make something similar...cause copyrights. Regards... Alex

Chris I Instaled Zone Alarm Pro 2.6 and it's working fine all day. No problems at all. How I can see, with XP some people have problems the other never heard of. I downloaded this version of Zone AlarmPro from its WebSite, specialy for XP. I supose you've done the same thing... See you... Alex PS. I haven't try to run FTP with Zone AlarmPro yet...

When I turned IMAP burning off. After that everytime XP strats up, the window pops up and tell me that I've done some changes or something.But anyway tell me why to turn it off if I have NERO 5.5. I didn't have any problems with burning... Thanks...

Hi, Chris! i'm sorry to hear that you computer got crashed. I actually thought that hackers don't hack people but companies... Or it was "trojan". I had few trojans couple of months ago, and Norton managed to heal it. Anyway I'll find and install JrojanScanner or Remover. I can't suggest, but if it was Trojan then we need to have it installed. What is DSL router exactly? Also I solved the problem. Very unprofessional, but it was firewall of my ADSL connection. I unchecked it and everything is working now. Tell me please what is DSL router anyways!!! BAH are you realy on 2GHz?

Of course I'm not the one who shale reply. Because I'm myself trying to set up FTP... with no success. But about connection: I use ADSL 512kbps and I think it's enough for FTP. I'v heard that T1 is even faster or not? But I also think that you can set up FTP even with Dail-Up connection. But may be you mean professional server, then I don't know I actualy would like to set it up myself in the future... Alex
