  13. Have you checked Westwood's or EA's forums to see if anybody is experiencing the same problem as you?
  14. well i've only used Outlook 2k and XP very briefly and I disliked it. OE has the ability to be a newsreader as well as an email client, which Outlook doesn't have. But the good thing about Outlook is that it only has a one file backup. OE's is all in the registry, so its harder to backup.

  19. sorry to interrupt, but how does this work? Do we have to put in the next word that relates to the previous word, or form a sentence? 'MSFN rocks people and animals when' don't make sense to me
  20. I had the same problem with Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. Happened when I changed the WinXP serial, had to reinstall all over again shame that westwood (or is it crappy EA now ) didn't remove the bug in Generals.

  22. There's specific different features that I like in each one, one feature can be easier than the other. Anyway, I rebooted and all is ok. Strange though.
  23. I've got the following installed: Adobe Photoshop 7.1 Macromedia Fireworks MX Jasc PaintShop Pro 7.04 And this is what happens in this order: Open PS7 first Fireworks opens fine PSP7 refuses to execute Then starting again with no gfx applications running (again, in order): PSP7 opens fine PS7 refuses to execute Fireworks opens fine and the last combination... Fireworks opens fine PS7 opens fine, after 20 secs of idling... it crashes and closes down. PSP7 refuses to execute. what the hell is going on?
  24. You forgot to say on both quote boxes which ones are master and slave
  25. As you mentioned that Win2k and XP is on the same hard disk but split into partitions, and D is your 2nd hard drive... edit your boot.ini and change the Windows XP line to partition(3), I'm assuming multi, rdisk and disk don't need to be edited because win2k booted fine.
