  1. u mean something like this:
  2. i know, there's topic here: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=23008 but it's for the codec pack. i tried /s and the inf procedure, and they don't work for the mega codec pack. are there any switches for the mega codec pack? it can be downloaded here: http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm i'm installing default settings btw. so just a simple silent switch is what i need
  3. ok, i make a self extracting exe (netfxsp1.exe). what do i put in my start.cmd? sorry i'm such a noob
  4. Well its been posted precisely because of some testing on the part of some people, and that they trust you would know to fix any small problems you'd encounter along the way. If you find it too difficult to follow/implement, I'd recommend downloading RyanVM's package (RAR, already slip-streamed). All the best for carrying it out, and post back on any problems you might encounter (with full DETAILS), and solutions for them (if you yourself discover what the solution is). i've already got the netfxsp1.rar how do i set it to silently run the sfx?
  5. did those instructions actually work?
  6. for some reason, when i tried just using netfx.msi and then installing the sp1 patch, it says i need a .cab file.
  7. LOL, this question has already been answered before. Our concern is that it takes up too much space on the distribution media. it only takes 15 mb
  8. what's wrong with installing the netfx.msi, then installing the sp1 exe file?
