hi i hope very much that you can help me with that s***.. i test a lil bit with integrating of framework 2 into cd.. so i integrate all files and they are all perf. copyed! but now with or without registry entries from it it always say me a error that "mscorwks.dll" could not be loaded! can anybody help me plz with that problem? plz dont say that i should reinstall it! i want to integrate it! edit: only fpr information: regsvr32 dont work! its the same if you want to make a admin install i think it expands some more cabs from the cab files.. whyever.. nero 7 is one of the biggest s*** i ever seen! framework 2 the same -.-

you can add serial to msi! you can add it into registry entries in the left menu "System Configuration" there you can add it ^^

dont know why but nero 7 says me at install the following: LoadLibrary(C:\Programs\Common\Ahead\DSFilter\NeResize.ax) Dll can't be loaded: Modul not found but the file is there! whats wrong? how to fix that? nero7 make atfer that all changes back! eirogge: bei mir funktioniert die Admin-installation damit zwar mit dem kleinen fehler hier aber egal!

Hi i only want to know if its really a problem from the xp x64 setup or of my settings: i have on c:\ my 32bit xp prof.! on E:\ i have my 64bit xp prof.! i installed first the 32 bit version of windows.. configure it and so on. and then i install the x64 edition on the E:\ drive and then after finisching installation and starting back into 32bit version the iexplore.exe in C:\Programme\Internet Explorer is from the x64 edition! i have to replace it with the original from the 32bit xp version! so my question: is this a bug from x64 setup or any of my settings? i test it 2x both the same! you dont understand me! i know that 7zip compress it new.. better! but the expand.exe from ms cant expand it correct! 7zip has a better compression so i use it to compress the files! now i want that xp setup decompress the files with the 7zip tool not with expand.exe! but with other parameters too!

i do it for a friend.. he need to reduce the size of the cd (dont tell me to use nlite! he wants it ^^) i compress the files with this little tool http://ufpr.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge...nzip/7za429.zip for the ms expand.exe is the command the following: expand -r %sourcefile% %destinationfile% but for 7zip it is this command: 7za.exe x %sourcefile% -o%destinationfolder% -o = must be added if you want to place the expanded file into another folder! and optional you can add following command too -aoa this overwrites all files without andy questions if this is ok

the problem is that the normal expand.exe tool expands it wrong! so no problems with names.. problem with the expand tool and command!

Hi i you anybody here can help me with my problem! I changes the compression of all files in the xp-cd. works perf.! but the problem is that the xp setup cant expand the files correctly! for example: original compressed abc.dl_ = 40kb decompressed abc.dll = maybe 80kb new compressed abc.dl_ = maybe 31kb decompressed with ms expand.exe the name is abc.dlØ (or what ever every time the last an special symbol!) = 31kb! so wrong name and not expanded because size is same! so can me anybody say how to say the xp setup to use a other tool and command to expand the files? use a ms tool which is called qfecheck! this checks which hotfix is installed and which should be reinstalled!

guys.. make it easyer.. without the Japanese Langpack! (i found it by my self ) 1. Step: Copy the 0407.MSI into the AMD64 Dir 2. Step: Make a .bat file in the AMD64 Dir with the following content: "@echo off start /wait 0407.MSI /norestart " rename the file to _muiinst.bat 3. Step: Add the following Lines into txtsetup.sif: "[sourceDisksFiles] _muiinst.bat = 1,,,,,,,2,0,0 0407.MSI = 1,,,,,,,2,0,0" 4. Step: add into the winnt.sif the following: " [setupParams] UserExecute = "%WINDIR%\system32\_muiinst.bat" " now save all and finish! it will popup at the last steps! and you save ~200MB on the CD! 23mb to big for a normal cd but if you know what nlite is its no problem! this page only clear what a hotfix do and how they are packed! but if i want to use the modifyed .inf file the update.exe says after a few seconds anything about the cryptograph service! i want to disable this!

i add the string tables, menus and dialogs and then i use modifype! but it doesnt work!

no.. not really! but i found something new by myself! when i delete all string tables it works! and when i delete all the last 170 String Tables it works too! i think it has something to do with the size of the file and some string tables! but which string tables?

i found something new! when i delete all string tables from my translated shell32.dll the setup accept teh file! when i add the firt then string tables it works too! and when i delete the last 170 String tables it works fine! now i think it has anything to do with the size of the file! can anyone help me please?

whats wrong? i says only that the shell32.dll file from longhorn is and so there are no updates available! also whats wrong?

no servicepack.. its from longhorn build 4074 i386 version and for the German language!
