even i am facing the same problem...please help

that file is already present in my vlited version of windows 7...coz i never removed the system restore component from my vlited windows 7.... but jst fail to understand why the recovery option doesnt work stil

no one can help me???? nyways, can someone post his/her vlite configuration file for windows 7 in which control panel recover option is working???
