Ok , i replaced the theme file , and .... its working!! finally!! thank you all for helping me , and thanks , especially to mazin (don't notice the typo lol)

oh ok . still i get the same error massage but i think i found the problem : my .theme file is using my customized settings , and my OWN modified crystal icons . so that the theme file is trying to load icons that actually don't exist. i'll make a new theme file and check again.

i talked about the problem with classic theme , not with quick laucnh.

I get the exact same problem !! see few threads down "Royale Theme just won't apply..." my windows starts in classic theme , and in quick launch i have only "Show Desktop" and "Internet Explorer" i already checked - its not a problem with the $OEM$ folder , i tried to remove it and install and still got classic theme , i tried creating a new XPCD + SP2 Slipstreamed , from two different discs (2 different SP2 downloaded packs , and 2 different XPCD's) and still windows applying classic theme .. can't find the problem .. i'm about to try some Java script "mazin" genereated for me , and see if it works and applying royale theme.. Have luck my man

ok i'll try the new script , BTW , i've noticed something in the script - "DLTR+" - isn't that a delete command?

Ok , i managed to get a working SFX , now the problem is its not installing without user interaction .. i need to do the old next next way entering path and other things.. ??

ok i'll try call it using runonceex .. is there anyway to diable the "Display Properties" Popup like on windows?

i put those folders in the nero folder .. maybe the problem is cos i delelted the Redist folder??

ok i tried the EXE on my PC and same error : " Nero 6 Installer An error occured during the copy proccess (file name: ). Error : 3 the system can't find te path speciefied please reboot your PC and retry " u'm gonna try another download source , and try again the guide ..

I don't get it.. I thought the error happens during the extratction process..? But anyway, If you already extracted the files and installed it on your system, but you still get the same error, there must be something wrong with your installation files. Go back to the step 1 of Simon's guide. I never said that. Im just telling my PERSONAL opinion about these two softwares. VMWare works faster for me, and Virtual PC works slowly but surely. I also had a problem installing Nero using VMWare, but not on VPC and on my real pc.the error not showing during extraction proccess , but during installation proccess . i've already tried to download again the package, from two different places, and same error. i'm gonna try it on VPC later ..

nope , no nlite , no XPCREATE. it must be some files i edited in the I386 folder .. the only files i've edited were downloading "hacked" files for SP2 , winnt.sif , winntbbu.dll and winnt32u.dll , ryavnm update pack , dosnet.inf , svcpack.inf and txtsetup.sif .. :|

i already tried unrared , still same error .. and what's wrong with VMWARE? not stable? never did problems to me :\

i've downloaded Ryavnm package , i'm gonna test it. the .NET and Adobe Reader are made by ryanvm .. i'm gonna remover those redirections and check again. ans sorry about double post , won't happen again

if there was a problem with the path the runonceex proccess wouldn't popup a window about this? strange .. :|
