As far as I thought, the Problem with the BSOD had be one of the drivers - but why isn't the error showing on VMWARE? But On a real PC with several RAID Controllers it does? I got this error on my A7N8X with Sil3112r and on an MSI Neo with NVRAID. So it can't be a driver alone... Anyone has a idea what could cause this Stop-Error?

With the actual Version of MassStorage, my Problems with BSOD after Setup under VmWare went away ;-) Very good work, to me it seemed like the 3ware Drivers were causing the problems... Update On a real PC with MSI Neo Platinum it did not work. I got that STOP BSOD even in the Textmode-Setup before I could choose a partition.

I had several Errors when I didn't use a clean version of textsetup.sif Then Setup always halted with Error at Line 1. But I get the same Error about atapi "IDE CD-ROM (ATAPI 1.2)/PCI IDE-Controller" in the german Version SP2. Seems to me like all Entries are correct, could be something else? We know that you can't always trust error messages from microsoft ...

I also got a BSOD when I tried to install the Drivers with the pack. I updated my Si3112r and Si3112 Device Strings with CC_0104 and CC_0106 and now everything seems to work. btw, i have an A7N8X Deluxe Board with Si3112r Controller.

You don't need the Intellipoint Software to get your Keyboard Running - Just use the Control Panel -> BlueTooth Applet to install your Keyboard. My Microsoft Mouse / Keyboard works without problems, the whole bluetooth thing is a lot better than SP1. You can't use the Keyboard to install, because at this moment there is no connection or driver loaded for your Keyboard. Also is Bluetooth secure, wich means you have to authorize your devices to work with each other. I don't think that can be done automatically. When you choose to use intellipoint get the new Version 5.2 for SP2.

Okay, some few remarks: If you want to use a other Directory than default use this: winamp_5.0.4.msi INI=%TEMP%\winamp_setup.ini INSTALLDIR="C:\WINAMP_DIR" /qn If you don't know where your Ini is, just copy it to %TEMP% and delete it afterwards. That always works.

With Standard he means the Acrobat 6.0, not the Reader. Is the same routine as the pro version. Use the MSI File with that Parameters: /s /v/qn For selecting a language, you need the /L Switch. /L1031 will choose the german language eg.

Of course there isn't a gui showing up - but the Setup.exe still is in memory and running. Of course you can use pskill to exit setup after 3 minutes, that works. I try to make a vb-Script wich finishs the dialog silently.
