I opened the installer with winRar and there are about 27 files in there but the biggest is Masters.mst... is that some kind of transform file?? and a bunch of gifs and a few exes... I've tried all the obvious command lines... -p"-s /v\"/qn\"" -p /S /v/qn /qb /VERYSILENT /SP- -s -S /y -all And I opend the installer in a text reader looking for some clues to the install prog developer... no dice Does the MST file give any clues??

yep... I tried the -s -S -silent -q -quiet and nothing... I put in an email request to Real tech support, which they ignored. If I can't get a silent option, then there will be nothing to do but hack it out, del the reg keys and prog dirs and shortcuts as possible. I figured that if I forced an upgrade, the installer would update the reg keys and paths and such so that it was all uniform for the uninstall

How about the silent removal of realplayer 10?? I have found "r1puninst.exe -all" will run the uninstall, but it isn't silent. Any ideas for older versions of RP as well? I'm thinking of upgrading everyone to RP10, then uninstalling that.
