Hello, has anybody any tool to read the motherboard typ for example ASUS K8V-X ?? I will write a VB Programm, that scan for the grafic card and the motherboard. And than copy the right driver to C:\DR. (I use Windows PE) Can anybody help me??

Helo everybody, I have installed my pc with a window xp sp2 slipstream cd. All ACPI events was disabled ( not exists). I can't send the pc in the standby mode , because the icon is deactivate. When I would press the F5 key in the cd boot menu, I can't access to the HAL menu. Have the SP2 any problems with HAL ?? Help !!! neon

I Have problems with file extension xpd2. I use Xplode with w2k, i insert then Xplode Directory in the $OEM$/install Directory. After the copy process the file extension xpd2 was changed in to xpd. Have anybody an idea
