i don't understand the first question.. but the xp theme added to program doesn't mean it can't be used on other windows os's.. all it does is if the os happens to be XP, it will allow to take the current theme on the program.. so it automatically skins it as such..

seeing as it works .. i'll post for ppl with no hotmail accounts paste this in notepad and name it whateva.reg Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSN6\Users\user@server.com] of course change user@server.com to what ur email is save it and double click it to put in ur registry enjoy

looking better dude.. just that background image isn't working for it man... make a 3x3 bg and with one color but a + in it and feel the other clear bits with the same color but darker.. gives a nice gradient like pattern bg..
