How can I make a Live XP DVD with all driver packs slipstreamed?

Need help with the following: I need to make a Live XP DVD with all driver packs slipstreamed. Also, I need to make a shortcut (either on the desktop or startmenu) to an executable on the DVD. -
I am looking for the same thing. I need to add a shortcut to something (executable) that is already on the DVD. There has to be a way we can do that. Maybe start menu shortcut if not desktop?
