  1. Installing applications on Windows XP SP2, I get a window/message "Open File - Security Warning" on the screen when launching the installer/setup program. The message says "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" It also displays Name, Publisher, Type and From. I can choose between two alternatives - Run and Cancel. I only get this message on a few setup programs: - Core FTP Pro 1.3b: I get the message - Core FTP Lite 1.3b: NO message - SpybotSD 1.3: I get the message - WinZip 9.0: NO message Does anyone know why this message appear (new feature of SP2?), how it's controlled, etc. It's quite irritating because it makes my automatic/unattended setup manual.
  2. Hi, DiskPart can only be used on real 32-bit OS's like Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows PE. DOS and Win 9x are not supported. Cheers,
  3. Windows XP SP2 will include all fixes released prior to SP2 plus additional fixes and enhancements. The current build (2149) of Windows XP SP2 released to public is "feature complete" meaning no new features or bug fixes are added, unless they are absolutely critical. Right now, Microsoft is focusing hard finding and removing the last “errors” and finalizing the product. In mid July, Microsoft will freeze the code, including documentation. Planned RTM is end of July. [Peter]
  4. It's easy: 1. Download the file RealPlayer10Gold_bb.exe from real.com. 2. Create a CMD-file with the following command: START /WAIT RealPlayer10Gold_BB.EXE -s The setup starts silently, installs RealPlayer + components and wait until setup is complete before continuing.
