About Me

The pictures here are of Eddie, the mascot of the band: Iron Maiden. I am not affiliated with the band, just a longtime fan since I scarfed up the first album off the import shelf at Bleeker Bob's in Greenwich Village in New York way back in 1980. Fans already know that the two current pictures are from the 1st and 2nd album, Iron Maiden and Killers respectively.

... slept in the dust with his daughter, her eyes red with the slaughter of innocence ...

The above formerly used tagline also comes from the band. The lyric is found in Track 4 on the album Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son. This information offered to satisfy recent queries regarding their source!

... Let him who hath understanding reckon the Number Of The Beast ...

The above current tagline is also from the band. It is found in the intro to Track 5 on the album The Number Of The Beast. But everyone knows that :-)
