Whats up with that?[/quote] these files are like IDs when running the installation from the startup, DOS recognises the CD by these files. They only contain the word "Windows" inside. i.e. in WinXP toy'll see "win51ip" and WinXP SP2 it's "win51ip.sp2" and so on.

actually, the Touch Pack (or Tablet PC edition pack) is hardware specific and it diffrs from brand to brand. NNever the less, I tried to integrate the pack to a normal WinXP SP2 CD to make my own mod CD but I couldn't ( the touch screen is not functioning). But I think you shoul take a lookk at the windows ultimate section in this forum

I tried so many different things to make a modified image for the tablet pc (without the applications that come with the original image), but with no luck. I'm hoping to find a solution here too. by the way, I found this topic http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...0&hl=tablet
