I do not recall which program I installed that for some reason does not allow me to powerdown. All I get is an automatic reboot. I've gone thru the registry chekup, and under Windows Nt the code 1 for power down is there. I have system commander, but I do not believe this program is the culprit Any ideas anyone? Thanks
