  1. Why not use RunOnceEx? At the end of a RunOnceEx import new RegOnceEx keys so at next reboot it will run it
  2. It should work this way though. At least thats what assoc is for. Maybe you did something wrong?
  3. With the options you get in sysprep you can seal the system so the next bootup will be the end-user stage. I only know the dutch version, but it is the last square you have to tick to go into end user mode. [Edit] One thing I would like to know: does the end user have to fill in the product key again? Like in unattended via network installation?
  4. I would assoc those files after installation of WinRAR. Dump this in a batch file; assoc .rar=WinRAR assoc .r01=WinRAR assoc .xxx=WinRAR With the extentions you want of course. Greets
