I'v installed Crysis 2 on my dual core win 2k box. Is there a way to get it to run with kernel ex or any other work around? i dual boot this pc with windows 7 64 bit and it runs fine on that, but i would love to see it run on 2000 if possible Any help is much appreciated.

Try NUSB to enable your usb ports to use your memory stick ( available on this site if you search for it) then download a programe called add_copy_to_move_to ( available from www.zamaansoft.com) to enable you to save programmes to your stick. good luck PS: copy to move to are accesible by right clicking your mouse.

It runs extremely stable and DOS is not a problem whatsoever on this P3 1GHZ. As i said earlier, this card would work only with 256 color on 1 of my pc's or not at all on the other pc's i have. I was wondering if it's because i used 982me on this box that it worked as i didn't use it on the others.

Yes, true colour 32 bit and overclocking was working perfectly which is strange to me as it's an AGP card and it's only ever worked on this rig. It's a good card

its an 82801 fb (ich6) high definition sound device in a fujitsu siemens scaleo p800s pc .

Is there a driver for the ATI HD 5450 1GB DDR3 on blackwings site or anywhere for 2000 ? just installed 2000 on a P4 3200 hyper threader, let's see if i can get this one working too

It's an AGP 7600 which i'v tried to install on countless 98 boxes and failed every time so i was quite suprised to see it work on this old Pentium 3 1 GHZ machine

I'v managed to get a Nvidia 7600 GS working on windows 98 With 98 to ME installed and nothing else but the modded Nvidia drivers I'v tested it with games and overclocked it with the Nvidia software that came with the driver and all is well. I thought this was impossible?

Hi all iv just installed 98 se on a dual core asus motherboard with a pci express nvidia card and it's awesome but once again im struggling to find a sound driver for the onboard chip so im trying to use a creative soundblaster audio pci 64v, audio128 card which underneath that states an ensoniq es1371, es1373 audio pci too. iv tried everywhere for drivers but to no avail anyone know where i can get these drivers from? thanks in advance for any help.

I recently brought a second hand D100 router for my Hauwaii dongle for £15.00 and it works fantastically well Improved the performance of the dongle and allowed me to connect through my Win 98 box too. i would recommend the D100 router to anyone with an hauwaii dongle although it won't work with the ZTE dongle.

Thankyou all for your help I now have sound thanks to the drivers you directed me to. Install did seem to be a bit of a mix and match though with 98 saying it found a few files that should work with it after i installed the initial driver. I'm in need of a sound driver for an intel 82801AA for windows 98. I'v tried numerous drivers from lots of sites but to no avail my pc is an HP Pavilion 710 uk. any help is most appriciated.

Is it possible to get my 3 mobile dongle working on win 98? the installer is on the dongle and works for 7 vista and xp. i live in an area with no broadband and have to use xp to connect but i really want to use 98 iv tried kernel ex but have no sucsess any help would be MUCH appreciated as i love 98 and hate using anything else!!

Iv got a 3 connect dongle which works on xp but wont work on 98 se iv tried running it in all compatability modes in kernel ex but iv had no joy i wish there was a way around this id love to get mine working too.

I have installed XP on an old Compaq Deskpro 333 mhz and it ran exceptionally well on 128 MB of memory. I looked into the specs for the Deskpro and it can run 256MB in one slot and 128MB in the other memory slot so i installed a brand new 256mb 100 memory card alongside one of the 64MB 100 memory cards which was half of the 128MB it had previously ran on. I booted it up and it recognised the new memory setting and prompted me to save the new setting by pressing F1 then it began to display the windows XP boot up screen and everything seemed fine but it stopped and displayed the start in safe mode/last previous good setting etc screen so i tried safe mode and it was the same. I removed the 64MB memory card and it still didn't work but i know it will boot up with the two 64MB memory cards installed. The bios settings are very limited on this old pc so i don't realy know what to do. Any help would be very appreciated. zuko1

I tried a 15 gig hard drive out of another of my pc's but all i got was NTSDL missing(or something like that) Tried a 40 gig hd and got the same message. then tried a 1/2 gig hd running windows 95 and that worked. how can i get the 15 or 40 gig hd to work on this pc? I'v been into setup but there isn't many options like on most pc's. Thanx for all your help.
