    Is your sysprep scenario special? What features do you wish Sysprep have? I am working on MySysprep for Vista. If you don't know about MySysprep, please visit http://www.tsaysoft.com/mysysprep (It is for XP only). The only request I am getting for Vista is to automate computer name with serial number or asset tag from SMBIOS. If you have anything that Sysprep cannot do, I may be able to let MySysprep do it for you.
