cluberti
Considering Disk Cleanup should not touch anything in your \Users\Documents folders, I'm not sure exactly what happened. What actually did it delete, and where were those files?
anonymous_user
it deleted almost every file and folder from my F: drive. files deleted ranged from installers to mp3s to documents to videos etc.
cluberti
Was that your documents folder, or just a drive you use for those types of files?

BoardBabe
Hmm sounds strange, but thanks for the heads up! I'll double check each time i run cleanup from now on.
anonymous_user
@cluberti - it is just my external drive. btw this happened when i ran disk cleanup for my F: drive, but as i said, i also had similar results when i ran it for my C: drive.@BoardBabe - this problem could be just my system but hopefully this wont happen to others.
