actually you can't delete it unless you change the privileges of your account on that folder to full control.

ya I see now

but i make some privileges to another folders

if i Delete it can make trouble ??

if you are not using System Restore and/or Indexing Service, there's no effect.

Except that it keeps coming back when you restart. I even tried using a ntoskrnl.exe that was patched to remove the string "System Volume Information". End result was that I had to use cacls to access my d:\ drive (my c:\ drive is FAT32).
